Initial Meeting: The process begins with a consultation where the client discusses their vision, preferences, and requirements for the custom furniture piece. Conceptualization: Our skilled designers collaborate with the client to translate their ideas into a detailed design concept, considering factors like functionality, aesthetics, and budget
Wood Selection: Based on the design and client preferences, we carefully choose high-quality hardwoods, considering factors like grain pattern, color, and durability. Upholstery and Finish Options: Clients are presented with a range of upholstery fabrics and wood finish options to complement their design preferences and desired aesthetic
Precision Cutting: Our experienced craftsmen utilize advanced woodworking techniques and precision cutting tools to shape the selected wood into components for the furniture piece. Joinery & Assembly: Using traditional joinery methods or modern techniques, our artisans meticulously assemble the components to ensure structural integrity and longevity.
Surface Preparation: Before applying the finish, the wood surfaces are meticulously sanded and prepared to achieve a smooth and uniform texture.
